By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Jobzin.xyz (or any part of the Service), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.
1. Scope of Service
1.1 Service Description
Jobzin.xyz is a job search platform and employment directory, not a job board or recruitment agency. We do not host, manage, or control any job listings directly. All job postings, descriptions, employer information, and related content displayed through the Service are provided by third-party sources and external websites.
Jobzin.xyz makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed. Users are advised to verify all job details directly with the employer or official job source before applying or taking any employment-related action.
Jobzin.xyz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, concerning the information provided. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that Jobzin.xyz shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of or reliance upon any information found on the Service. This disclaimer forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
1.2 Platform Functionality
Jobzin provides access to AI-powered tools for job discovery, market analytics, reporting automation, career insights, and integrations with external data providers. We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature, integration, or third-party source at our discretion.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Jobzin.xyz, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Are of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- If representing an organization, have authority to bind that organization.
Your continued use of the Service after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you must register for an account ("Account"). You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Maintain and promptly update your information;
- Keep your credentials secure;
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to form a contract.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for activities under your Account. Jobzin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use, unless caused by our proven negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Subscription Plans, Fees & Billing
4.1 Plans
Jobzin offers Free, Pro, Business, Ultra, and Enterprise plans. Each includes different features, usage limits, and pricing, as listed on our pricing page.
4.2 Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually.
- Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
4.3 Free Plan Limitations
Free accounts may include limited access and Jobzin branding. We may modify or end free offerings at any time.
4.4 Usage Limits
Usage limits (e.g., for API calls, data exports, analytics) vary by plan. Exceeding limits may incur charges or access restrictions.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Eligibility
- Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months.
- Annual plans: pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase or renewal.
- Free plans: no refunds.
5.2 Refund Process
Submit refund requests to support@jobzin.xyz with account details and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
5.3 Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be denied for Terms violations, excessive usage, or abuse of this policy.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful or deceptive purposes;
- Violate laws or third-party rights;
- Disrupt the Service or attempt unauthorized access;
- Upload malicious code or spam users;
- Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content;
- Scrape or mine data from Jobzin.xyz without written consent;
- Resell or sublicense the Service;
- Misrepresent Jobzin's affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
7. Intellectual Property Rights (updated)
7.1 Jobzin's Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, user interface, text, graphics, branding, and all other original materials, are and will remain the exclusive property of Jobzin.xyz and its licensors. The Service is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
7.2 User-Submitted Content
When you upload or submit content directly to Jobzin (such as resumes, profiles, company information, or listings created within Jobzin), you acknowledge and agree that:
- Jobzin owns all rights, title, and interest in such uploaded or submitted materials as part of the Service; or
- you grant Jobzin a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, host, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works of such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
You represent that any content you submit is accurate and that you have the necessary rights to grant Jobzin these permissions.
7.3 Third-Party Content
Jobzin.xyz also displays job listings, descriptions, employer details, and related data aggregated or indexed from third-party websites and sources ("Third-Party Content").
Jobzin:
- does not claim ownership or copyright in any Third-Party Content;
- does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of Third-Party Content; and
- makes such content available for informational and directory purposes only.
All intellectual property rights in Third-Party Content remain with their respective owners or licensors. Users must comply with the applicable terms and conditions of those third-party sources when using or referencing such content.
7.4 AI-Generated Content
Any AI-generated information, summaries, or listings produced through Jobzin's systems are generated automatically and provided "as is." Jobzin does not guarantee that such outputs are accurate, reliable, or eligible for copyright protection. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated outputs appropriately.
7.5 Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Jobzin infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact legal@jobzin.xyz with a description of the alleged infringement, a link to the material, and proof of ownership. Jobzin will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content.
8. Third-Party Content and External Links
Jobzin.xyz displays and indexes job listings and employment information aggregated from third-party websites. All such material is considered Third-Party Content under these Terms.
Jobzin:
- Does not host, manage, or control third-party listings directly;
- Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Third-Party Content;
- Disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding such information; and
- Does not claim copyright over any Third-Party Content displayed on or accessed through Jobzin.xyz.
Links to external job sources or company websites are provided solely for convenience. Jobzin has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, terms, or privacy policies of third-party sites. Use of external resources is at your own risk.
9. Beta & Experimental Features
Jobzin may offer beta, early-access, or experimental features. These may be incomplete or subject to change. By using them, you acknowledge potential instability and accept associated risks. Jobzin is not liable for related losses or damages.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
Jobzin.xyz, including all job listings, data, and third-party content, is provided for informational purposes only. We do not warrant that:
- Any listing or information is accurate, current, or complete;
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- Any job opportunity or employer is legitimate or will lead to employment.
Your reliance on any content or information provided is entirely at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Jobzin, its owners, employees, partners, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or opportunities.
- Jobzin's total liability for all claims in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid to Jobzin during that period.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobzin from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of or reliance on the Service, User Content, or third-party listings.
12. Data Usage & Privacy
Jobzin may collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may share data with service providers (e.g., AI vendors, analytics, infrastructure providers) as necessary to operate the platform. By using Jobzin.xyz, you consent to such use and sharing.
13. Service Availability & SLA
Paid plans aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and external outages. Free plans are provided without uptime guarantees.
14. Termination
14.1 By Jobzin
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons.
14.2 By User
You may close your account anytime by contacting support@jobzin.xyz. Paid access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
14.3 Post-Termination
Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive termination.
15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Before legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally via support@jobzin.xyz.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the exclusive venue shall be the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
You waive the right to participate in class or collective actions.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notice on the website at least 30 days prior to implementation. Continued use of the Service after such date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
- You consent to receive communications electronically.
- You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
- We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Jobzin.
